Conceptualizing the Food Donut

During this meeting a pool of food experts and practitioners will examine how to best rescale the Doughnut Economic Model to analyze food systems. The aim is to adapt the model to capture the main social and ecological dimensions of food systems. and identify a list of possible indicators.
