The Center for Food Studies at The American University of Rome, and the Rome Food Policy Council has organized the workshop 'Food Policy Councils in Action: Experiences, Lessons, and Work in Progress". The Workshop had the patronage of the University of Luxemburg, The University of Florence, the CURSA. la Rete Politiche Locali del Cibo and of the Assessorato Agricoltura, Ambiente e Ciclo dei rifiuti, IV Commissione Capitolina Permanente Ambiente.
The 20-21 June 2025 we met representatives of Food Policy Councils from all over the world, researchers and practitioners - either in person or online - to discuss your experiences, successes, failures and work in progress. Please see our photos below and share yours with our community. ​
